When D.R. Horton recently enjoyed its 50th anniversary, they wanted to remind residents that the company has been there for them throughout 5 decades. They turned to Vilocity to create a social marketing website that enabled people to upload funny bad fad photos of themselves from past decades. These My Space-like webpages were presented in the form of an online yearbook, with pages that flipped just like the real thing. The website, and the company's 50th anniversary, were promoted via TV spots as well.
